Sean helped me buy a house in Sebastian in May 2012.
He was patient with me and helped me find a good deal in a hot investor's market. Just recently he helped my wife and I purchase another house in Sebastian. He negotiated with both our new house sellers and the buyers of our house so that we were able to close both houses on the same day. He delivered on all his promises. I would certainly recommend him.
